What is the job description?
I am in charge of planning and running our online shop.
Before joining the company, I had no specialized knowledge about online shops, but I was able to grow through trial and error together with my superiors and seniors.
Now I can do a full range of work, from planning campaigns and special features, to sending out e-mail newsletters and responding to customer inquiries. I feel a great sense of accomplishment because I can see visible results from my ideas and ingenuity in web page and banner design.
What made you decide to join the company?
I noticed that the manufacturer of the lunch items I use on a regular basis is Skater, and when I looked into it, I saw a job opening and applied. I feel like I was able to meet the company through a really casual opportunity.
What is rewarding about it?
Our company culture values "change, challenge, and speed," so it's fun to see our ideas take shape, and it also gives me confidence. Also, when I see children using our products outside of work, or when I see our products lined up in stores, I feel happy and proud, thinking, "Those are Skater products!"
